CLARITY Mallorca — Luxury Villa Architectural Visualization

CLARITY is a contemporary luxury villa in Nova Santa Ponsa, Mallorca, conceived as a refined interpretation of Mediterranean architecture. Positioned deliberately below street level, the residence creates a strong sense of privacy while establishing fluid connections between the interior living spaces, landscaped garden, terraces, and pool area.For the Domus Vivendi Group, gmsvision developed a comprehensive series of photorealistic architectural visualizations for the international presentation of the project. The visualization process accompanied CLARITY from the initial façade studies through to the final interior and exterior images, supporting both the design development and the marketing phase.

Mediterranean Architecture & Landscape

The architectural concept of CLARITY follows a Mediterranean-minimalist approach, combining warm architectural forms, natural stone, carefully selected materials, and restrained contemporary detailing.The landscape plays an integral role in the architectural experience. The landscaped garden forms the green heart of the villa, visually extending the living spaces and creating a continuous relationship between the interior and exterior. Terraces, vegetation, water, and architecture are composed as interconnected elements rather than separate spaces.Particular attention was given to the material palette and the interaction between natural light and architectural surfaces. Warm tones and natural textures create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere, while the carefully framed views reinforce the relationship between the villa and its Mediterranean surroundings.

Photorealistic 3D Visualization

gmsvision translated the architectural design into a series of high-end photorealistic 3D renderings, focusing on accurate spatial representation, realistic material detailing, natural lighting, and carefully composed perspectives.The exterior visualizations explore the relationship between the villa, garden, terraces, and heated outdoor pool with its panoramic glass front. Interior views focus on the materiality and atmosphere of the living spaces, while the SPA and Hammam areas introduce a more intimate and wellness-oriented dimension to the project.Through a consistent visual language across the complete image series, the visualizations communicate the architectural qualities, proportions, materials, and atmosphere of CLARITY while providing an immersive representation of the project before completion.

Architectural Visualization for Luxury Residential Projects

For high-end residential architecture, visualization can serve as both a design tool and a means of communicating the architectural experience.
